Learning bench — your first build
this is where understanding becomes physical.
the learning bench is built from standard box store lumber, uses common hardware-store tools, and walks you through step-by-step videos.
no advanced joinery.
no heavy math.
just clear process.
what this is
the learning bench is your first hands-on build in the star hill system.
this build is intentionally simplified.
no housings.
no advanced joinery.
minimal math.
this bench is a training tool designed to make the process clear.

the plan
the learning bench plan is intentionally simplified.
it uses minimal dimensioning and focuses on relationship-based layout.
the joinery is simplified.
there are no housings.
tolerances are forgiving.
this is not a furniture project.
it is a learning platform.
completion
when your bench is complete, submit a photo (insert link) to unlock access to a complete square rule plan for a 12 x 16 pavilion ($125 value)
video sequence
watch the videos in order.
pause.
work alongside.
continue.
you are meant to build this bench with me, step by step.
