cancellations less than 30 days before class
- cancellations made less than 30 days before the class start date are non-refundable.
- if final payment has not been received by the payment deadline, star hill timberworks reserves the right to release the student’s seat to another participant.

substitute students
- if a student is unable to attend, a substitute student may attend in their place with prior approval from star hill timberworks.
- all substitutions must be approved before the first day of class.
class cancellation by star hill timberworks
- if star hill timberworks cancels a class, all class tuition payments received will be refunded.

- star hill timberworks is not responsible for lodging, travel expenses, airfare, lost wages, or other incidental costs.
