10' x 12' with 1/2 Loft

The plan is procuced in square rule format showing all reference faces and reductions. The 30 sheet plans include two dimensional piece drawings for each timber.
 
This plan is designed for the beginner framer. An individual that has taken a square rule timber framing class or has some construction experience and studied timber framing should be able to use this plan to construct this frame.
