they get carried around the shop, loaded into trucks, dropped in the dirt, and put to work. that’s what they’re made for.
if a star hill tool has a manufacturing defect, does not perform as intended, or is not reasonably fit for its intended purpose, contact us.
we will work with you to understand the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
depending on the situation, resolution may include:
- replacement parts
- repair
- adjustment
- replacement of the tool
- technical support or instruction
- another solution that resolves the issue
because every situation is different, resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
minor cosmetic variation, normal wear, finish wear, scratches, and other signs of regular use are not considered defects.
this warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, modification, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or use outside the intended purpose of the tool.
this warranty applies for as long as star hill timberworks remains in business and the original purchaser owns the tool.
